Das automatische Check-In und Check-Out. Das System hat nocht Optimierungspotential. Das Check-In ging nur schlecht und das Check-Out ging erst gar nicht. Musste sehr früh Morgens den Nachtportier kontaktieren.

Schlechtes unfreundliches Personal. Nicht mal Begrüssen, nur immer raus gehen zum Rauchen.
