Accommodation description:
This tastefully furnished flat for 8 persons is located in a small complex with 3 other flats. The spacious flat is ideal for 2 befriended families or for a larger group. Underneath the flat there is one parking space in the garage at your disposal. You can leave your car there, because you really live in the middle of the village. Restaurants, a bakery and the supermarket are within walking distance from the flat
Even the ski slope is only 300 metres away, although the ski bus stops right outside the door.
The ski lifts leave from the cosy village of Dienten in various directions. Dienten is situated in the middle of the Hochkönig ski area, which stretches from Mühlbach to Maria Alm. For winter sports enthusiasts looking for more challenges, the popular resorts of Saalbach (40 km), Flauchau (35 km) and Bad Gastein (35 km) are not far away and can all be reached within an hour by car.
For many people, Dienten is still a little-known gem in summer. The surrounding area has many beautiful hiking and mountain bike trails that lead you through the wonderful mountain landscape
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

Schöne geräumige Wohnung und mit allen möglichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.
In der Nähe des Skidepots und des Lifts. Sogar eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Schöne Wohnung für bis zu 8 Personen, wobei 6 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche bevorzugt werden, da eines der 3 Schlafzimmer über ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett verfügt!
Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leicht erreichbar und direkt an einer Hauptstraße in Dienten am Hochkönig gelegen.

Wohnung war soweit ok, leider nicht ganz rechtzeitig fertig bzw. hätte sauberer sein können. Gute Lage und zum Glück gut gedämmt. Parkplatz zu klein.
