About this house rental

House between the village center and the lifts in a quiet, central location
- Lovingly furnished house for 2 to 8 people

- In the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, ideal for all mountain lovers
- Non smoking house

On foot you can easily reach post office, banks, grocery stores, doctors and restaurants. The cable cars Fieberbrunn is 500 meters from the house and invite you to beautiful walks. The nearby lake, Lauchsee (bog water) is still an insider tip for sun-seekers, as well as for large and small water rats. Our house is located off the main road and is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday for you and your family. The Fieberbrunn Train Station is 3 km away.

Typical Austrian local house: 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 small bathrooms, 2 small living rooms, fully equipped, within 8 minutes walk of the Fieberbrunn ski lifts and 5 minutes walk into town center. As the owner uses this house as holiday house you can use the existing stock as long as you replace consumed goods! No modern luxury, but all in good hygienic condition.
