Roomy, comfortable, location and the bar and convenience store being close. Clear entry instructions. I really liked it for my purposes and everything that needed to work worked fine. Characterful. A nice enough “quarter” with ordinary folk going about their business. Plenty of parking on square (possibly except market Sundays)
Fine for me tho some fittings and fixtures not immaculate. Some noise transmission from adjacent apartment and above: largely due to wooden floors (nice btw). Communal back yard could do with a sweep but no big deal. Good.

Comfortable bed and good shower, heated towel rail, decent Wifi. Lovely décor. Helpful staff ( merci beaucoup, Magali), even though we didn’t meet, communication was very efficient, including entry/ exit procedures via key code sent via email.
On bus route from centre ville ( get a day pass or 48h pass on the bus to save money and hassles).
Fresh air from first floor open windows and felt safe in neighbourhood.
Not too far from the station with a small Carrefour supermarket handy on the corner and great Sunday market.
We enjoyed our stay and would come again.
Hob was tricky for us, so instructions would help future clients ,but microwave good.
Instructions for TV would also be helpful. A few more kitchen utensils desirable, eg.Spatula, tongs
Otherwise, a great stay.👍
