Six blocks to the Pacific Ocean!!

Cheryl was an excellent host—truly A-plus. She was attentive, helpful, and very responsive whenever we had a question. The condo was as advertised, extremely comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that had all the conveniences of home. The location is ideal—very walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, and the pier area.Having an assigned parking spot in an enclosed garage and a conveniently located washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and effortless.We would absolutely stay here again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our 2 month stay in Santa Monica. Easy to walk to everything including the beach.We spent a lot of time on the outside balcony. Pictures and descriptions were accurate and Cheryl left great instructions. Parking in underground garage was a plus.

We completed a 5 month stay in Cheryl’s apartment, and can’t say enough good things. The apartment itself is comfortable, very well stocked and in an unbeatable location. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into this property. And Cheryl was a fantastic host - attentive, quick to respond and to handle any issues, and an overall very kind person! We considered ourselves lucky to find this place we could feel at home at during a difficult moment.
