Stunning 2BR apartment steps from Santa Monica pier

Excellent location, clean apartment, easy to follow instructions and great host

Spacious and modern with all new appliances. Great rooms and overall space and very bright. Location is great being walking distance to Santa Monica pier and 3rd street promenade.

The complex and unit sits next to a 24/7 dog kennel business so the dog barking is a content noise even at night with windows closed you can still hear barking non stop

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer und eins davon war in direkter Verbindung mit dem zweiten Bad. Das Kingsizebett war super schön. Man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Auch das Queensizebett war sehr gut nur eben ein bisschen kleiner. In der Küche konnte man sich hervorragend selbst verpflegen. Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Lage war gut. Es gab Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und zum Strand waren es 18 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war für uns sehr hilfreich. Zudem gab es noch eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse für die Nutzung aller Bewohner.

Insgesamt war die Ausstattung sehr gut, allerdings fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Wäscheständer, etwas mehr Geschirr… Wir baten um ein Nudelsieb und eine Zitronenpresse und beides wurde sofort organisiert.

The host was fantastic and the apartment is modern, had great facilities and was very clean. It is equipped with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The communal roof terrace is an excellent place to sit outside in the evening and relax with a drink.

It is located right next to an animal shelter. The dogs howled on and off all day and all night. It was very noisy and prevented us having a good night sleep. Also, for a dog lover it made me sad to hear the dogs so unhappy. This really did spoil our stay.
