The Space:
Make your escape to the Kool Breeze Escape! This spectacular 2nd row house has views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the beach. Step outside and enjoy all the wooden deck furniture, including both two and four person gliders. What a place to enjoy time with family and friends!!
The living area has two sofas and extra seating for comfort. This house features four 4K televisions! There is a 70 inch in the living area; a 55 inch in the primary bedroom and flat screen televisions in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Feel free to enjoy the satellite package with premium and movie channels. The home also has high speed internet for your devices, and a washer/ dryer on the premises. You'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the modern kitchen. There is a kitchen table as well as bar seating that equals space for 9 people. You'll also find a separate cabinet with a beverage fridge, regular drip coffee maker, and extra storage galore.
With over 1700 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home easily sleeps 12. The primary suite has a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. and the third bedroom has 2 sets of built in bunks - queen-over-queen.
After a day at the beach, relax downstairs in the breeze, with a 14 foot picnic table, porch swings, tiki bar area, sand shower, charcoal barbecue pit and lock-up storage. The yard is fenced for your pet. The concrete parking on the Seaspray Lane side of the home is 80' in length, so there is plenty of parking. Don't miss out on this fabulous house for your vacation!

Great house! More than enough room downstairs to grill and relax. The house itself is amazing. Beautiful interior. The Kitchen is a dream. From the storage to the lighting, simply awesome. Not front row, but the view is great. Our second time staying here. We will be back!

This house is incredible. Everything is first class.From the furnishings to the lighting in the kitchen. Loads of space on the ground floor. The puppy friendly setup is awesome. Would stay here again!

The property was lovely, but many builders were out for the weekend completing projects. All of the artwork was beautiful in the home. Here's the kicker of this house: the lift was locked. These people are so hard for money that they want you to pay an additional $125.00 to use the lift. Wow, they should have informed the vacationer before they booked their beach house. It was not stated anywhere. It stated, "to transport groceries, not humans." However, we enjoy ourselves without the costly lift.
