We chose this house because it offers a large fenced yard and a cargo lift - both amenities are wonderful and hard to find in most houses. It's a great location, being near the beach and in the quieter west part of Crystal Beach. The house layout is very roomy, and Cobb Real Estate does a great job in keeping it clean and ready for guests.

We would definitely stay here again. This is a very nice minimalistic home, meaning not a lot of knickknacks and random decor to get in your way. The owners did a beautiful job of decorating without going overboard with”stuff.” It’s a great home to bring your dogs. They yard/gates were perfect. Also a great neighborhood for quiet early morning walks with our dogs. Beautiful views. Cargo lift is a definite plus! Plenty of towels/washcloths. The staff at Cobb was very receptive and helpful when we had an issue, and it was resolved very quickly. Just a couple of little things: Bring some four-cup coffee filters. We just assumed there would be a Keurig and did not plan accordingly, but a quick trip to the store took care of that. Also there were some missing shelves in the freezer. So there wasn't a lot of room in there for stoarage. It is much closer to the beach than you can tell from the pictures. This is definitely a place I would recommend and stay at again. We loved it!

Cobb real estate was professional and very easy to work with. The property was as described and in a great location. It is a pet friendly property but it was not cleaned very well before we arrived. I had to charge the vacuum and vacuum the floors when I got here and emptied out the previous tenants dog hair twice before completing cleaning the living area. The ice machine in the freezer was also not working when we arrived. Will use Cobb again
