Located in the Snowater Community, Glacier - Sleeps 2-4 (STRICTLY ENFORCED) This one bedroom/2bath unit is your base camp! Perfect for 2 Couples, small families, or 4 friends! The Black Diamond Condo has everything you need for a weekend or a week! This clean well appointed/updated condo is perfect for a cozy winter or summer getaway. The airy queen bedroom in the loft has a separate 3/4 bathroom. A Light and bright living area features a gas fireplace, 55" Smart Flat Screen TV for streaming (don't forget your passwords!) Comfortable/contemporary Couch (fQueen size Sleeper) and Love Seat, to relax on after a long day at the mountain. Small balcony deck off the living area with seating. A basic equipped kitchen for preparing home cooked meals. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove/ oven, fridge, and microwave, etc. * Per Whatcom County Health Regulations, we are not allowed to provide any condiments, etc.; not even S & P, so please bring your own. Stackable washer and dryer.
Seating for 4 at the small dining room table. Snowater features 2 Community Pools & Hot Tubs, one is steps away! Free Wi-Fi available at the Black Diamond Condo and both clubhouses * not responsible for any down times. Tennis courts, river trails and children's play area are near by. - Pet Friendly (Please pick up after your pet) The Snowater Community https://www.snowater.org/ is located directly adjacent to the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. A short 25 minutes to the Mt. Baker ski area. * Chair 9 is walking distance

This particular unit was a bit hard to find, especially late at night, but other than that - everything is good. A bit old, but in good condition, has everything it needs, perfect for a weekend to ski at Mt Baker and the host was excellent with communication and very accomodating.

We loved staying at the Black Diamond condo - great location and close to the rec center. My family had a fun weekend. Booking and getting info on how to arrive was very timely and easy instructions to follow.
