This family studio condo features a kitchenette, one full bath, a living area with a full-sized futon, a VCR-DVD/monitor, a gas fireplace, and a nice walk-out balcony. The second floor features a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
