- 2 Double Twin bedrooms downstairs.
- 50” TV downstairs with a variety of DVDs to choose from.
-Pack n Play with changing table and bassinet.

-Master Bath has full size step in shower.

- Fully updated and expanded kitchen to accommodate the group while making it easy to prepare meals or hang around the island. High chair is in the entryway closet if you plan to bring your toddler.
- 12' dining table easily seats 12 (more if you want to squeeze kids on the bench).
- 65" smart TV in the family room with large sectional.
- Cozy gas fireplace in the family room
- 2 sliding doors to the outside deck or patio (outdoor seating with good weather).
- Downstairs common area has a place for the kids to relax and enjoy a movie on a 50" TV with DVD player and DVDs supplied.

Our 2700 sf home is the perfect place to gather, relax, and enjoy the Spokane, Greenacres area! The house can easily accommodate a very large single family, or even two families traveling together. Two king beds, two queen beds, and 4 twin beds (pull out couches available for more kid sleeping accommodations upon request). Send the kids downstairs to their own area to watch DVDs supplied. There is a deluxe model pack n play with changing table and bassinet adapter located in the master bedroom closet.
HUGE kitchen island makes hosting a group easy. Custom built, 12' dining room table will easily fit 12 people. Extra seating on our bar top railing makes watching the game on our 65" TV easy from the kitchen.

This is truly an amazing property. It is very clean, updated, comfortable beds, and has a great floor plan. We were able to host our family from out of town and never felt cramped. Checking in and out was a breeze and the homeowner was very prompt throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

One of the best VRBO experiences my family and I have ever had.
Clean, lots of light/windows, spacious, wonderfully equipped, plenty of dish wear, glasses, serving dishes and pans to accommodate a large group.
The layout of the house made it easy for us all to be together, as well as offering places for smaller groups to hang out.
Lots of small touches (nightlights, USB extensions cords on the nightstands, as well as little extras in the kitchen).
Great hosts and a great house.

This property was great for a large group, we traveled from Fl, NC and several different cities in the WA and ID area, we had 8 to 10 staying at the house and then local families came to visit and the space was wonderful, the large table was where most everyone sat to catch up and eat and family pictures were shared.
I would highly recommend this house and the host Kate and Neil were terrific.
