About this house rental
This house is a great space for multi-family or large groups. 6 bedrooms that can sleep up to 18 people. It has a 2nd entryway for convenience.
Close to city activities, but in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. Dog Friendly with large backyard. (Pet fee: $100 for up two dogs).
The space
The upper level is equipped with a 55" smart TV, a dining area with a large table that can seat 12+, and a fully stocked kitchen, including a Keurig with a selection of coffee, teas, and cocoa. Down the hall you'll find a full bathroom and 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a 40" smart TV and another full bathroom attached.
On the lower level, you'll find a second living area with a 55" smart TV, 3 more bedrooms, a small workspace, and a full bathroom which includes an oversized washer and dryer (cleaning laundry cleaning amenities included). The lower level also has its own entrance to for added convenience.
The large backyard includes a deck with a lounge space. Overall, with a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living areas, this home is great for multi-family or large groups and can sleep 18+.
To help you pack a little lighter, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion are provided. The home is equipped with books, games, puzzles, and toys, to help keep guests of all ages entertained. There is a pack-n-play with changing table and a baby gate. We also have an oversized kennel for furry babies (bedding not provided).
Guest access
Keyless entry allows for a seamless self check-in upon your arrival. There are 2 uncovered parking spaces in the driveway, as well as street parking.
The driveway is on a bit of a slope, so please use caution in colder weather conditions.
You have the whole house to yourself aside from a storage room in the downstairs area. Enjoy the backyard space as well. There is a detached garage in the backyard that is not for guest access.

Our family of 20 had a wonderful Thanksgiving in your home. We were very impressed with the hosts attention to what travelers might need during their stay. One of the best attention to that we have seen in our travel. Host was very quick to respond to our needs. Thank you for everything.

The house was perfect for my family, my parents, and my brother and his family. We didn't feel too cramped even though we had a good number of us there. The host was very helpful and we would stay there again.Thank You!
