I'm 75 and have back issues. My partner is 79. I think the listing should have stated that there was not an elevator. Lugging all my effects to the second floor was a real task. Other than that, our stay was just fine.

I want to give this place a 5/5 due to the location and the views and amenities of the location, but I feel compelled to drop it to 3/5. We were not told that there was active construction at the location and they were working up until 9pm most nights including the Sunday we got in. Also, there was only two partial rolls of toilet paper in the unit and disappointingly the fireplace is electric. That all aside we are considering potentially coming back for our family's summer vacation this year because it is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but would like to have any inconveniences laid out ahead of time.
