Easy communication, easy to find, and responsive hosts when we needed a drain plug so our daughter could take a bath in the claw foot.
Wish they had left coffee/tea. There were some basic necessities stocked, but there was one sole tea bag and one sole cup of coffee provided. Wish it were an all or none thing for the perk because it seemed offensive to only leave one. But kind of funny too.

Nicely furnished, clean, cozy
There is a basement tenant that may have been mentioned but I wasn’t aware of.
Not property managers fault but St John’s is nice little neighborhood but quite isolated. A car is necessary.
