About this house rental
Located only 15 min from downtown Seattle & near the shores of Lk Wash & Burke Gilman bike trail. Close to Amazon, Microsoft and Boeing. Easy access to I-5 and I-405. Bike to the U.W. or downtown.Only a few blks to bus & major hwys. Shopping & restaurants nearby. Beaches and parks nearby. In shared home w/separate locked off space. Mother-in-law style space,(approx.1000sq ft) living room w/ French doors leading out to a sm patio, guest room w/lots of closet & dresser space, refrigerator, bath & half kitchen area with full functional oven, rice cooker, slower cooker, electric grill if needed (No indoor stove, but we can provide a grill for outdoor cooking on your patio.). 2nd. BR w/extra sleeping area, coffee, tea, snacks. Views of the lake & Mt. Rainier. We are frequent travelers so we may/may not be here during your stay. Extra pillows and bedding available. No steps for entry.

The view of Lake Washington is amazing, and the walking trail makes it even more special. This was our second stay in this beautiful lake home, and everything was as good as we remembered. Thank you to our hosts for providing a lovely place to spend our time in the Seattle area.

Lovely and large space with spectacular views and hospitable, immediately responsive, hosts. The bed in the larger bedroom was super comfortable! We were unfamiliar with the device used to secure the garage door opener, so better instructions on how that works would have saved us a wee bit of frustration at check in. While the home was luxurious, a few extra touches would have truly elevated our experience. For example, a nicer shower head with a personal shower feature and / or cushions on the patio chairs (only 2 chairs had cushions and both cushions were in poor repair).

Beautiful property with incredible views! Spacious, clean, peaceful, and well appointed! Super comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. If a guest is inclined towards cooking, this lovely unit is not very conducive to that. There are no burners, and there is only a small kitchen sink. There is a good oven and microwave. Other than that, we would definitely return!
