About this house rental
Spacious (3000 square feet) and centrally located 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home away from home. Two living areas. Two dining areas. Expansive and verdant outdoor space.
Walk/bike to downtown Davis and UC-Davis campus. Located in quiet, safe, residential neighborhood.
The space
Spacious master bathroom with attached bath (both tub and shower), two first-floor bedrooms with nearby bathroom (tub and shower), two living spaces, two dining spaces, huge modern kitchen, beautiful yard with trampoline and ping pong table, and close to town. The house comes with two parking spaces and several bicycles available for use. Also indoor game table, Xbox, streaming and many board games.
Guest access
The house is most comfortable for up to 6, but can sleep up to 10.
Guests will have access to all areas of the house with the exception of the garage. There is a guesthouse and a guest suite in the backyard that can be rented in addition to the house (each sleeps up to 2). If not rented, there may people in those spaces, who have their own entrance and no access to the main house.

Our family of five enjoyed this as a home base while visiting extended family for a week We walked to parks, Co-op market, campus, and downtown. We also used the large kitchen to prepare a few meals. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner replied promptly when we had questions. Would rent this again if the opportunity arose.

We were very pleased with our Davis stay. The house was extremely well laid out and comfortable; and furnished with everything we needed. We were happy cooking and eating our meals in the garden. The location was great.
The host was very accessible and ensured that we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
