A clean, modern, and cozy 3 bedroom home designed with families in mind. ★ It's set up for a maximum of 6 adults and 2-3 kids.

It’s really an outdoor hillside oasis! We call our place "Meadow Rise" because of the beautiful sprawling meadows around the house, but you can call it "Home" while you enjoy your stay in our peaceful retreat.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP
No need to draw straws for the best bed, because all our mattresses are memory foam ensuring a good night’s sleep for all the rooms!
➺ The master bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and an oversized soaking tub.
➺ The two guest rooms each have a queen-sized bed and share a bathroom.
➺ Finally, the game room has a full-size futon and a bean bag that converts into a full-size bed to add extra bedding for the kiddos.
THE OUTSIDE
The outside and surrounding areas of the home are peaceful and serene. The house is located near a lightly used road with very little traffic. The only cabin within view is located a couple of acres away across the street and through the trees. The back deck is private, with no other houses in sight. If you are looking for a quiet retreat to escape to, you’ve found the right place.
Spring and summer are filled with glorious wildflowers and a variety of wildlife. As the season changes into different hues of autumn, the vibrant leaves provide a sense of awe. Followed by winter, this is especially a loved time at our place because of our private hill for sledding in the snow!

We have plenty of parking for 4 vehicles and you can even comfortably park an ATV trailer. Don't forget that you have access right from the property to 145 miles of ATV trails in Wayne National Forest!

We provide a completely contact-less booking experience. You will be provided a code to unlock the front door after you book. We will also send you an electronic guidebook that answers most common questions. And of course you can contact us at any time through the AirBNB app.
The neighborhood is peaceful and private. You will see more nature than people in our area. You get to the property by driving down Purdum rd, a beautiful canopy tree drive featuring forest views. Our home is less than a mile down Purdum if you are coming from 595. We are close enough to Logan for groceries, yet far enough away to feel in the country side. It's just beautiful.
GOOD TO KNOW
Cell service isn't great, but we do have a booster installed where you should pick up a signal in the living room and front porch. We will provide Wifi details ahead of time as well.

We took our daughter to the hocking hills area for a weekend trip. The house was very cozy and clean and our daughter loved the play room so much she was ready to stay another night!

Perfect house for our trip. We were rained in and then snowed in, but there was plenty for us to do indoors as well as a great hot tub to use. We all had a great time and would definitely choose this location again!

Sarah was a joy to work with even months before checkin. She was quick to respond to questions and even offered us early check in due to inclement weather coming the evening of our check in. This was very kind and much appreciated. She was attentive during our stay and responded quickly when we had questions. The house was comfortable and thoughtfully put together for adults and children too. Little details like books for the kids, a highchair, and kcups made our stay great. I would recommend this property!
