3 bedrooms, 2 full baths - Waterfront Beach House just minutes from Point Pelee National Park!
This charming, newly renovated and fully furnished beach house boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 upstairs, 2 down (sleeps 6), 2 full baths, and a trundle sofa bed- perfect for one adult or 2 young children. There's a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of living space, and a large private deck overlooking Lake Erie.
RELAX: Our property features a large lakeside deck spanning the entire back of the house which offers panoramic breathtaking views of Lake Erie sunsets and sunrises. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs, patio set, and a BBQ. Feel free to enjoy the beach and amenities within walking distance at Point Pelee National Park by using our Complimentary Park Pass for the duration of your stay. In the evenings, why not enjoy a bonfire outside and roast some marshmallows or relax inside in our newly refurnished living room to watch some TV on our flatscreen. When it’s time to turn in for the night, enjoy a restful night on our brand new mattresses.
EAT: Our fantastic kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals to enjoy at our large dining room table. If you prefer not to cook, why not enjoy an evening out at one the many local restaurants just a short drive away? Or why not plan a day or evening to explore local breweries in Kingsville, or enjoy a wine tour or tasting at the vineyard in Colchester’s wine country (20+ local wineries with award winning wines & cuisine).
ADVENTURE: Check out all that Leamington, Kingsville and surrounding areas have to offer! We are just minutes from Point Pelee National Park, Hillman Marsh and Erie Shores Golf Course. With just a short car ride, you can be at the Seacliff Park, Beach or Amphitheatre to enjoy an outdoor concert on summer nights. Leamington has always been a great destination for birders, cyclists, and nature lovers! Our waterfront is fantastic for boating and many other water activities. You could also plan a day trip to Caesars Casino in Windsor or Pelee Island on the Ferry.
Don't forget to check out the many roadside produce stands the area has to offer. Pick up the freshest produce available! Many options available seasonally!

Wonderful, comfy place to hang our hat for a couple days! Nothing better than sleeping to the sound of the waves lapping at the beach. Amenities were well thought out and added to everything. Point Pelee is one of our favorite parks and it was great to have a pass to come and go at our convenience. Our host was just a phone call away when I had a question. Only downside was I wish we could have stayed longer! :-)
