Looking for a Cool and Cozy Getaway? Wake up to a gorgeous sunrise over Lake Erie and end the night with an amazing sunset over the canal. Excellent home base for birders ( 11 min to Point Pelee) experience the Monarch butterfly migration, birding go-carting, water sports, Golfing, wine touring, shopping, drive-in, and amazing restaurants. There is lots of green space around for baseball and soccer. You can't help but have a great time at Cojax Cozy Beach House!

We have 3 bedrooms in use. Two of the bedrooms have full size beds and the third is set up as a "Hang out room" with a trumble bed that turns into a king size bed and 2 twin beds. We also have a pullout sofa in the livingroom.

My family and had an amazing long weekend at this cottage! The location was beautiful and offered so much to do — from fishing at the canal to kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. In the evenings, we enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace, stargazing, and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed inside and out, making our stay effortless and comfortable. Adina was so welcoming and responsive. We would happily return and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.Btw, we left a more personal note in the guestbook. :)

What a beautiful place all around. The house was perfect , beach was gorgeous and point pelee and leamington are perfect places to visit we highly recommend

We stayed 4 nights. We all loved the proximity to beach. Plenty of room. Well supplied. Kayaks, paddle board, oars aĺl available. Owners shared the cottage is about to undergo a renovation. Its a cottage, so if you expect fancy...this is not your place. Laundry facility are awesome. There were quite a few spiders in all the bedroom & bathroom corners. Teen girls disliked that..so i showed them where the vacum was.

If the beach was maintained it would be a great place to stay. Personal touches were lacking. Some updated linen, towels, tourist information booklet, more coffee mugs, working tv, complimentary coffee and tea, and a screen door that worked would have been nice to have.
