Located in a peaceful spot in the heart of the village and right next to the greenway (approximately 400 meters for a bike ride), this 70 m² semi-detached cottage is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Avesnois region.
Ground floor: living room with wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), one step up to the kitchen (oven, microwave, two-burner gas hob, extractor hood, refrigerator), four steps up to the bathroom (small clawfoot tub, 90x90 cm shower, and washbasin). Separate toilet in the bathroom. 80 cm TV.
Slightly narrow quarter-turn staircase.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
The cottage offers a private, secluded garden with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and a secure storage area for bicycles. Street parking is available.
A pétanque court, a children's swing, three sun loungers, and a parasol allow you to enjoy the beautiful weather in complete tranquility!
