Maison spacieuse et confortable avec de beaux espaces à vivre. Décoration soignée, équipement complet en mobilier intérieur et de jardin et ,ustensiles de cuisine . Grand jardin très apprécié des enfants et des adultes séances de repos et barbecue. Proche du centre ville et de la mer. et pour autant quartier calme. . Une seule suggestion: disposer d(une grande casserole ou d'une cocote . Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande. Charley Baltzer.

We stayed at Houlgate with a group of 8 as a fallout base to make multiple cycling tours. On arrival we were welcomed by very sympathetic hosts and showed around the house. It was very(!) clean and tidy. Not only the house surprised us, but also the garden is big and nice to spend the afternoon. If not spending the afternoon in the garden, we went to the beach that is only 800 meters from the house. Only negative point is that there is only one shower (and a bath) that was just enough/ too little for a group of 8. The house having a garage and second living space is a very welcome extra. We can only recommend this if you wish to stay in the area! 10/10

Séjour familial excellent dans une maison très bien équipée et très agréable. Très bien située, à 5mn du centre ville et 8 de la plage. Beau jardin. Quartier très calme. Propriétaire très accueillante.
