About this house rental
In the residential quarter of Les Pesquiers, this house with a living area of approximately 300sqm, built on a large wooded plot, is ideally located in a quiet area and next to the beach. Completely renovated, spacious, and well-equipped, it is an ideal place to enjoy beach vacations without needing your car: all entertainment, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance. A few hundred meters away is the marina with its lively evenings and a cycling path.
VILLA LES PESQUIERS III, a type 6 villa for 10 people next to the beach:
On the ground floor: a large living room, a dining room, an open kitchen, a laundry area, a large terrace, a large garden, 1 bedroom with two single beds (90) with a shower room, 1 bedroom with two single beds (90) with a shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) with a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160) with shower room and toilet, and independent toilets.
On the first floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160) with dressing room, shower room, toilet, and terrace.
SMOKING OUTSIDE
House amenities: television, WIFI, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American refrigerator with freezer, garden furniture, ping-pong table, hammock.
To be paid on-site: security deposit (1,500 euros), tourist tax.
Possibility to rent linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for a single bed per change, and 8 euros for the towel kit.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 175 euros.

La villa est splendide, avec un équipement de haut standing et une situation idyllique à deux pas de la plage de sable fin des Pesquiers. Les cigales et les vagues sont le seul environnement sonore. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le salon encore plus. Très peu de choses à redire sur ce superbe séjour. Peut être l'éloignement des commerces qui se trouvent à environ 2km dans le village suivant.
