About this villa rental
Large villa with private pool for 14 adults + 3 babies with a panoramic view on the peninsula of Giens and the golden islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros) located at the top of the Mont des Oiseaux Residential Park (access by gates) .
THE HOUSE :
6 rooms in total
-3 bedrooms overlooking the terrace with panoramic sea views, divided as follows:
1 large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with en suite bathroom (redone in 2019) double closet / wardrobe + 2 beds baby umbrella available, stored in the closet.
Air-conditioned room.
2 bedrooms: a first bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) with cupboard + wardrobe and the other equipped with two bunk beds (90X200) + 1 single bed in drawer (90x190).
These two rooms have a shower room + separate toilet in the corridor of the rooms,
- 1 independent room on the patio equipped with a double bed, (140x190) with WC and shower. Washbasin in the cupboard to save space. Air-conditioned room.
- 1 independent room in mezzanine entirely closed, equipped with a very good sofa bed for 2 people (140x200) nine. Air-conditioned room.
- 1 last room under the house, equipped with a convertible sofa bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190), and a cot with wrought iron bars, including an en-suite shower room, WC and a washbasin

Living very bright (repainted in 2019) crossing with windows overlooking a superb panoramic sea view.
2 sofas + coffee table + armchairs.
Dining room equipped with a large family wooden table for 12 people + chairs and a wooden table on the outdoor terrace for 10 people + chairs.
On the flat part of the garden in the shade of the orange tree is installed an outdoor garden, very pleasant for children and parents
A baby high chair is at your disposal (row under the stairs)
TV screen HD + internet box in the house fully at your disposal.
The stay is equipped with a chain-HIFI with Bluetooth connection for your favorite playlists

Home, inventory of entry and exit and the intervention for cleaning is done every Saturday between two rentals by an outside company.

La vue, la piscine, le balcon et la situation étaient excellents. Le propriétaire était très sympa. Cuisine bien équipée. Cependant nous avons trouvé que la maison a besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur, l’un des frigos était hors fonction, quelques chambres étaient trop petites, les marches peuvent poser des difficultés pour les personnes plus âges. Très étonnant et gênant - les draps et les serviettes n’étaient pas fournis.

Voici ce que nous nous exclamâmes lorsque nous découvrîmes la vue depuis la terrasse. Au-delà de cela, la maison peut accueillir sans peine 10 personnes d’une belle façon, et sa localisation est idéale, modulo la nécessité d’une voiture pour accéder à la plage la plus proche (10 minutes de voiture).

Très belle propriété qui surplombe la mer méditerranée... Vue imprenable.
La maison est spacieuse avec une grande terrasse et une belle piscine mais la plomberie et les équipements électriques sont vieillissants (grosses fuites d'eau et panne du lave vaisselle pendant notre séjour).
