Magnificent duplex of 111 m2 comprising 3 bedrooms with a capacity for 8 people.
It is located in the Masseboeuf district, Aiguillon building on the first floor. You will be at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking trails, with a view of the mountain. Its magnificent south-facing terrace of 23 m2 and garden furniture will delight you in summer and winter.
You will have a covered parking space near the building to park a vehicle.
This duplex will allow you to enjoy on its first level a magnificent living room with a television and sofas, one of which is convertible to 140x190. It will also provide you with a comfortable American-style kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, fondue and raclette appliance... You will also have free WiFi in the apartment as well as a DVD player (many children's DVDs available). Always at this level in the entrance, you will find a first bathroom with a corner bathtub and washing machine. An independent toilet is also located there.
Upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed 160x190, then a second bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 as well as a sofa bed 140x190 and finally a third bedroom with two single beds 90x190. A bathroom with shower and its independent toilet will complete this floor.
Bed linen and towels are not included. Possibility to rent them through our agency upon request.
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are accepted with a supplement of 35 euros.
