This carefully restored complex is located in the middle of the fields of the Val di Cecina, a few steps from the river of the same name. Much attention was paid to the construction of the swimming pool, where a hydromassage ( about 11 people) and a children's pool carved into the stone were created. Resort "Podere la Querciola", 2 storeys, renovated in 2021, surrounded by meadows and fields. In the district of Casino di Terra 11 km from the centre of Guardistallo, 14 km from the centre of Cecina, in a secluded, quiet position, 16 km from the sea. Le logement est fonctionnel, mais manco un coin séjour/canapé. Climatisation appréciée. Chambres agréables avec WC/douche pour chaque chambre; literie confortable. L'équipement de la cuisine est modeste (pas de four, ni lave-vaisselle). Nous avions un faible WiFi. Nous avons apprécié l'espace piscine et les alentours bien entretenus. Endroit très calme et isolé. Bon emplacement pour explorer la Toscane, avec la mer à proximité.

Super mooie locatie met heerlijk zwembad. Vriendelijke beheerder, maar spreekt voornamelijk Italiaans. Supermarkt moet je helaas een eind voor rijden. Voorzieningen in de keuken zijn minimaal en de beloofde Wifi was in het appartement erg slecht. Bovendien is het erg gehorig. Wij zaten op de eerste verdieping en konden stemmen van beneden horen en de voetstappen van het bovengelegen appartement waren heel vervelend.
