The house itself is pretty nice: clean, cosy, very well equipped kitchen, a bit small bathroom, but not critically. Bedroom in the basement was saving during hot days. Big terrace.

1. Garbage removal moment: next to the terrace there is a backyard, and when we moved in, there were few bags with garbage. The manager didn't tell us anything if cleaning staff will remove it or who should take it off according to the garbage collecting table. So the bag with organic started to stinck and attract flies. So we had to organize the garbage bags and take off the garbage after other guests to avoid stincking. I think it is not appropriate at all! It is owners metter to remove all the trash after other guests, the other guests shouldn't do the job of a manager or cleaning stuff. 2. In the evenings when we switched on the light on the terrace the big rat was running right on the top of the fence, right behind our backs. 3. Knowing that the criminal situation in Torre del Lago is quite critical, the owner could do something with the fence and locks on the garden gates. During our stay in the evening some unknown man entered to the terrace terretorry from the garden side ( behind the garden there is a forest) by cutting the lock chain in the fence door. I guess he was checking if some stuff like mobiles, bags, planchets or bikes ares left on the terrace. Also he checked if the gate to the house was opened (it was closed). He didn't notice my husband, who was sitting in the living room in darkness and observing his actions. So my husband shouted on him very loudly and unexpectedly, so the man scared to death and ran away. The manager was informed about it, but the lock was not changed. We were keeping the gates to the house closed even during the day being at home. 4. After leaving we forgot child's matress cover.I have asked the manager to help to return it. He said the other guests are there, the cleaning lady didn't see anything. After my explanation and offer how we can return it, he didn't reply to me. So, we didn't get back our cover, which was quite needable during our trip.
