In Modigliana, the holiday home "Re Piano appartamento Le Rondini" offers an excellent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a game console as well as a television and a table tennis table.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a jacuzzi, a garden, a covered terrace and an outdoor shower. The property has access to an outdoor area, shared with only 2 other apartments, this includes a pool, which is open year-round, an open terrace, a grill and a pizza oven.
The farmhouse is close to the Casentino forests, where there are two paths: the path of St. Anthony and the path of Assisi.
