You will be 5 minutes from the Port and shops and 10 minutes from the Old Town and the City Center.
On the interior side, it consists of a huge separate fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace - a living room - dining room with splendid sea view, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a 160cm bed and the last bedroom with 2 single beds - 2 bathrooms water and 1 bathroom with shower and bath - A laundry area with ironing board and iron, washing machine and dryer - 3 toilets

Photos can't begin to capture how beautiful the setting and views are. Property is very well equipped, convenient to grocery shopping and public transportation. We loved our walks along the water to the port area.

The views are incredible. The home is very spacious with many venues from which to watch the sea. The home is older than it appears in the photos. The beds and linens are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The furnishings are old and tired. Some falling apart. It must be noted that there are many steps to get to the property even after parking in the garage. It is Very difficult to manage suitcases. It is also important to note that the drive from the main road to the garage is not for the faint of heart. Very narrow and very difficult to drive. I scratched to rental car!
