This spacious and bright apartment is located in a residential area of Venice, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the city like a true Venetian, and thanks to the outdoor space it will allow you to enjoy the warm sunny days in the privacy of your home.
The apartment is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, there is a room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor there is a living room with a large kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub, and on the top floor there is an attic room with a double sofa bed and a desk.
Just 10 minutes away from Santa Lucia train station, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta Dei Ormesini and della Misericordia. Additionally, the Jewish Ghetto is just 5 minutes away, and there is a large supermarket 50m away.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

The apartment was very modern and clean and located in a more quiet area of Venice.
I was a little disappointed in the communication from the rental company though. Initially, they had offered options for airport transfer and other tours but when I asked for more information, it took days to even get a response and then they never actually offered anything (just suggested a boat taxi as the best option for airport transfer).
