This bright apartment, furnished with classy furniture, warm wood colors and exposed beams will frame your wonderful holiday in Venice.
You'll be a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square and the Frezzerie, the luxury shopping area. At 350m you can admire the particular Contarini del Bovolo staircase and with a few more steps you will arrive at the majestic Rialto Bridge. In addition, there are many vaporetto stops that will take you both to the Santa Lucia train station, the airport and Piazzale Roma, and to the other islands of the lagoon.
Located on the second floor of a typical Venetian building, the apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and consists of a large living room with sofa bed, separate kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
For the comfort of our guests, we provide wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, hair dryer, washing machine and TV.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are charged to the resident.

Just around the corner from what we wanted to see, and easy to walk to other parts of the city to get away from the crowds. Very quiet inside, which was great. The apartment was quite beautiful and well kept.
