Puffin Cottage, a semi-detached cottage, consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer, a sitting room with a Smart TV and open fire and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a double and a twin serviced by a bathroom, there is also a separate cloakroom with WC and basin. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden, terrace and furniture as well as ample parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Puffin Cottage is a well-presented cottage in a convenient location for exploring Cornwall.
