About this house rental
On the borders between the Itria Valley and Salento in the municipality of Ceglie Messapica, we find TRULLO GRAZIOSO, an ancient trullo with four cones with adjacent lamia and separate villa, it can accommodate up to 8/12 people, with 4 double beds, 2 sofa beds large, 3 bathrooms and laundry area, all structures with separate entrances, renovated in the perfect character of the area, structure in the countryside between olive trees and fruit of various types, in a land of almost 3000 square meters, in-ground swimming pool 6x12 meters with solarium, illuminated with various colors in the evening, external music system around the swimming pool and gazebo, all air-conditioned and a few minutes from the town center, supermarkets and nightlife, very close to a pine forest used for parties in the summer called the pine forest. Ulmo reachable quietly on foot, walking on the quiet country roads, admiring the splendid landscape that the area offers us, complete structure with everything possible to carry out barbeque, private parking, all completely fenced, and alarmed.

Just beautiful! The six of us (3 couples) enjoyed the 3 separate sleeping quarters. The pool and the trullo were the highlight of the property. Francesca the property manager is a doll!

The property represented everything we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, privacy, with all the comforts of home. The days were sunny and warm which was perfect for using the pool. Although the property is rural and would need a car, it was a perfect location for visiting other cities like Brindisi, Lecce, Alberobello, Monopoli, etc.
Francesca was a delight! So pleasant and was responsive when we had a question. She even provided 3 great local restaurants in town to try. Which were fantastic! True Italian experience!
Overall… we would recommend and stay again at this location again.

Absolutely wonderful. Would be nice to have a second remote for the entry gate, though. We had two cars.

We had an excellent stay at the Trullo and Villa. It was very comfortable, so many places to enjoy the outdoors and so much to see nearby and a little further out. The place is outside of town, so not really easy walking distance to anything. But, driving distance to so much! Check-in was seamless, Francesca met us and even brought a young, English-speaking friend to help translate (even though Francesca’s English was quite good). There was plenty of room for our 7 people. The one thing I didn’t expect was the fairly unusable shower in trullo. Really, there are 2 showers and an outdoor shower. Just so you know people will need to share their bathrooms in the 2 other structures. It was fine for our group however. The pool was really lovely and just when we started thinking it should be cleaned (just to pull bugs and leaves out) someone came super early in the morning to clean it! The place is well taken care of and it shows. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Also, of note, Ceglie Messapica is known for its slow food movement. It’s a lovely town with really wonderful restaurants at a good price. Enjoy!
