Just a 5 minute walk to St James Retail park which offers many great retail outlets such as; M&S Food hall, Next, TK Maxx, Boots, McDonald’s and many more.
Knaresborough is a historic market town which boasts an array of many independent stores, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Coupled with great attractions such as the castle ruins, Mother Shiptons Cave and boating right on the River Nidd.
Only a short drive to Harrogate and a tad longer to York and Leeds. Everything you could hope for in this unique leisure park with excellent facilities on impeccable grounds.

Very enjoyable stay. Beautiful riverside location. The caravan was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was a bottle of wine on arrival and other extras provided. Happy to recommend.

Very clean and well kept home. Nice touches of wine and sweets on arrival. Only issue was lack of instructions to find the property but the manager was quick and helpfult o solve the problem.
