Petres 2 is a stylish, 100-square-meter villa nestled within a small complex of four exclusive properties, located on the outskirts of Mariou village in southern Crete. Just a short drive from pristine sandy beaches, this serene retreat offers breathtaking views of the South Cretan Sea and the surrounding natural landscape.
Designed on a single level, the villa features a bright, open-concept layout with a spacious living area. Relax on the large corner sofa or enjoy a meal at the dining table, all while gazing out at the private pool and sea beyond. A 55-inch TV with a Netflix subscription ensures cozy entertainment after a day of exploration.
The villa includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients. Two comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to four guests: one with a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each), which can be joined to form a queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) upon request. Both bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms with contemporary finishes.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. We love the view over Plakias and the Libyan Sea.The beds are perfect.
Not only the cleaners, but also the pool man is doing a really good job.

Really enjoyed our stay and would come back.Minimalist, open plan living area that leads out to large sun terrace with amazing view of the sea and area. Sunrise and sunset is lovely. Pool is lovely for a refreshing dip. Kitchen is great and has a washing machine and giod coffee pod machine. 2 bedrooms with ensuite each perfect. It's quite windy, althiugh it didnt bother me as i expected it in this area.

Overall very nice place, beautiful view, equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and sheets. 2 bedrooms with bathrooms so perfect for 4 People. Very sunny and comfortable, quiet area.
Apartment, especially pool, looks more modern on photos than in reality. Place was full of ants not only in the kitchen but everywhere even if we did not leave any food and tried really to have everything perfectly cleaned. The machine that filter water in the pool was very loud and smelled bad.

Wir waren schon mehrmals auf Kreta, aber dies war die schönste Unterkunft (Petres 2) bisher. Die Villa ist neu, gut ausgestattet, schön möbliert und sehr sauber. Der Eigentümer Andreas hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Städtchen Plakias und Mirthios mit Supermarkt und guten Tavernen sind in der Nähe. Beim schönen Damnoni-Strand liegt die Taverne Mythos, welche der Eigentümer-Familie gehört. Das Essen dort war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Danke für Alles.
