This in total 250m2 apartment offers 2 terraces, a living room, a dining room, a separate kitchen with laundry room, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a guest toilet.
The living room and the 3 bedrooms have a spectacular sea view and direct terrace access. The dining room and the kitchen have a view on the mature and lush garden full of palm trees, flowers and fountains. The garden offers as well 2 large swimming pools and a kids’ pool.
The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot in the building’s basement (parking 32) with direct access to the elevator that arrives in front of the apartment door. More free parking spots are available at the La Perla de la Bahia community entrance.
