About this villa rental

Close to windsurfing, snorkeling, and more, this pet-friendly villa brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 11-minute walk to Lake Trasimeno, or easily tackle the quick 3-minute drive to Fishing Museum of Magione.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 1938-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a sofa bed, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The house is perfect for a family with grown up children. The pool is beautiful. Both the drawing room terrace and the pool offer beautiful views of Lake Trasimeno. Watching the sunsets every day was a real pleasure. The property is easily accessible by road. The aqua park, very close by, is not visible from the house and did not detract from the peaceful ambience of the property.

The property is exactly advertised. The best feature is the view over the lake. Stunning sunsets - no need to find a restaurant. Just sit out on the balcony overlooking the lake and sip a glass of wine.

We had a lovely stay at this home. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful and caring. We had an emergency that required a hospital visit and our host guided us and checked in throughout the process. The description of the house is understated, when we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the property and surrounding area and views and the convenience and location.

We had a very relaxing time at villa Maria. All of us loved the nice and clean pool. The beds are comfortable and the whole villa was exceptionaly clean. We were 6 people and had plenty of space. The WiFi was stable and with a good bandwidth. I would definitely recommend the villa to other people. For all of us, the extraordinary sunset is something we will never forget.
