Staying in this apartment, with a clean and modern design, you will be a stone's throw from the Ponte dell'Accademia and the Gallerie dell'Accademia, one of the most important museums in the city.
Piazza San Marco is only a 10-minute walk away, and in just 5 minutes you will also find the Punta della Dogana museum, the Church of the Madonna della Salute, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Fondamenta delle Zattere, a quiet area, away from confusion, where Venetians love to walk with a spectacular view. In this area there is also a vaporetto stop that will allow you to reach Piazzale Roma, the Railway, Marco Polo airport or Lido Island, a summer destination with a large sandy beach.
For a holiday dedicated to culture but also comfort, thanks to equipment such as Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, Smart TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, electric mosquito control devices and all kitchen appliances and utensils.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a bright living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen separated from the living room and dining table, a lovely double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.

Our second stay in Accademia area and first time with Rent & Relax. Great property and location. Host meet on time and was super helpful at check in. Unit was comfortable and clean. Great location on a quiet street but within walking or boat access to everything. Would certainly stay again.

Very nice flat, a bit expensive but very spacious, fantastic location and 2 balconys. Quiet street but lots of cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Comfortable lovely apartment just steps away from the Accademia and Zattere vaporetto stops - with many unusual restaurants within easy walking distance. Small balcony was lovely - too cold for me to enjoy in mid-March, but perfect during warmer weather. Everything you need, in a supremely convenient location.
