The apartment includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, and a lounge with a double sofa bed. Enjoy amenities such as TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and mosquito nets. Street parking is available, as there is no private parking available and included in the booking. °Pets are not allowed

Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal in Pineta gewesen, diesmal wollten wir aber gerne eine Wohnung haben, die mit der Ausstattung nicht in den 70ern stehen geblieben ist, was sehr gut gelungen ist. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Notwendige, sowie einen großen Balkon.
Die Wohnung war für uns - zwei Erwachsene, Kleinkind und Baby - ausreichend groß. Im Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett passte sogar noch mit genug Puffer unser Babyreisebett hinein. Der Putzservice dürfte nur in den Ecken und Kanten etwas gründlicher saugen/wischen. Enthaltene Spinnen empfehlen wir allerdings als Mücken-fressende Haustiere beizubehalten;)
Nur Schade, dass die Wände und Decken von früheren Gästen etwas unsanft mit allerlei Blutflecken und mumifizierten Mücken dekoriert wurden…(Nächstes Mal packen wir noch einen Radierschwamm dazu ein) Das ist allerdings Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und uns den Aufenthalt von o.g. Kleinigkeiten nicht vermiesen lassen. Im Strandurlaub spielt die Unterkunft eh nur eine Nebenrolle.
Zum Strand ist es in Pineta von überall her ein Katzensprung. So auch hier. Ganz Klasse ist aber auch die Nähe zum Supermarkt und zum Feinkostladen Bottega - ein, bzw. zwei Häuser weiter. Alles in allem ganz wunderbar. Vielen Dank, lieber Mauro!
