Two queen bedrooms on the main floor each boast luxury linens and direct access to the deck, where you can soak in the private hot tub while taking in sweeping ocean views. Upstairs, the newly remodeled living, kitchen, and dining areas offer an inviting and open layout with high ceilings, a cozy gas-log fireplace, and a wall of windows that frame the magnificent seascape. The cheerful decor and plush furnishings create a welcoming space to gather, dine, and relax after a day at the beach.
The master suite on the upper level provides a serene sanctuary with a king-size pillow-top mattress, upscale furnishings, Smart TV, and a soaking tub—perfect for quiet moments of rest and rejuvenation. For additional guests, the living area includes both a queen and twin sleeper sofa, ensuring there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.
Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, unwinding in the hot tub under the stars, or simply enjoying the sounds of the ocean, Whale’s Tale offers an unforgettable coastal experience. For larger groups, consider reserving the lower unit, Wave Watcher, to accommodate up to 14 guests combined. Need even more space? Add Glimmering Sands to host up to 20 guests total. PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

Amazing view, and easy beach access! Our family (1 year old, 8 year old, husband) really enjoyed the home. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The beach access was easy and safe. There is a cute cafe within walking distance from the house which made for fun breakfast outings.

Great location right on the beach. The two queen rooms and one bathroom are the only things on the downstairs entry level. All else is upstairs.

Upside: good commo with owners and prompt resolution to difficulties operating the TV. Great views and nice beach although lots of people on the beach. Nice and close to Lincoln City and Depo bay restaurants. Adequately stocked for cooking and nice that the cleaners leave spices and cooking oil incoming guests.
Downside: Carpet was very dirty and needs to be replaced.
The unit is immediately adjacent to an RV Park so dogs barking, and lots of people on the beach. I saw one review that said "very quiet location". That must be a review on a different house.
The internet is slow during the day and in the evenings is down to 1-3 Mbps making it quite frustrating to watch a movie. My scanner showed 14 active connections on the router and we were only using 3 phones and one TV. So obviously the internet is shared among other units. Also the water heater must be shared as well as some times it would run out of hot water quickly and sometimes it wouldn't.
