Are you needing a GetawaY from the everyday hustle and bustle? Well look no further, we have the perfect place for you and your family! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood lays this newly built 2 bedroom 2 bath gem.
Turquoise Turtle has a spacious living room with a open kitchen floor plan. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen tv and master bath. While secondary bedroom has two twin beds perfect for the little ones.
Need extra sleeping accommodations? Don`t worry, the living room couch pulls out to a queen size sofa bed. Comfortable for 2 people.
Thats not all, Turquoise Turtle has a huge fenced in back yard perfect for the kiddos or outside entertaining.
Guest will receive their check in instructions 7 days prior to their arrival and will be able check in directly at the property.
We will also provide guests with our contact information. Someone is available for emergencies after 8 pm as well.
There is also a Welcome Book provided at the property with helpful information such as Wi-Fi password and trash days along with the check out procedure.

The Harbor offers several ramps, bait stands, picnic tables, public lighted fishing pier and a lighted parking lot. You can launch your boat from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown`s Harbor Point Park and within minutes, you`ll be in some of the best flats fishing areas the Texas coast has to offer! There are piers and miles of shoreline to fish from. Spend the day and utilize our low-cost transient docks and boat pump-out. Aransas Pass also has a great family Aquatic Center, Bowling Alley and Movie Theater you can visit when you are not playing on the water.
Just a short distance from Aransas Pass is Rockport. Where you can enjoy Rockport’s beautiful blue wave beach, restaurants/cafes, shopping, festival grounds, fishing, museums, art galleries and much, much, more! There is something for everyone with shopping, art galleries, museums, kayak rentals, duck hunting, bird watching, beaches, restaurants & festivals year around, too mention a few.
Centrally located minutes from Rockport and Aransas Pass, 15 minutes to Port Aransas ferry, 20 minutes to Corpus Christi - Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Alley, HOOKS Baseball Stadium, Lexington and much more. In the summertime the ferry line to Port Aransas can have a very long wait time.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

This place is super cute & clean! Quiet neighborhood. Yknot & the checkin pricess was very easy! Near Con Brown Harbor. We had a great time fishing & enjoyed our stay! The only draw back is if there are two vehicles, there is no room for boat parking.

We loved this cute house. It was spotless, and had a bright, cheerful beach theme decor.
The bed was super comfortable in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom had two cute single beds. There were plenty of towels, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent. Kitchen was well stocked with cute dishes, and glasses. Each shower had shampoo, and body wash.
The backyard was cute. The back part of the fence is not a privacy fence. The neighbors dogs initially barked when we went outside in the back yard, but they settled down fairly quickly. Don’t forget to use mosquito spray. :)
There is ample room for a boat in the front drive way, when backing in a little sideways. :)
I didn’t get a response when texting the number given for questions. However, I did get an immediate response when I text from my husband’s phone. It is probably because the reservation was booked using my husband’s number.
The Neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The Neighbor's are friendly.
This Adorable house looks just like the pictures.
It’s not close to the beach or water, but is within close driving distance.
We spent our days out on the boat, and it was a Lovely Trip!
*The ac unit has a Nest Thermostat, but it stayed nice and cool, once the desired temperature was reached. *Extended check out time is accepted, for an extra $25. an hour, if Available. *A $250. refundable deposit is required with this booking. We did get our deposit promptly refunded after we checked out.
