About this house rental
We hope you will enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the canal at City by the Sea. This home is right between Rockport (10 miles) and Aransas Pass (5 miles) and the best fishing holes are all around us. It’s a fisherman’s dream.
This house is in a safe and quiet community. This is not a place for loud parties. We have a patio by the water for fishing all day and night. We do have outdoor cameras.
Cove Harbor is the closest boat dock at just 3.8 miles toward Rockport.
Please always watch children and pets around water. We have a fence on the canal side of the house for pets and children’s safety. The person making the reservation must also be staying at the house.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which was perfectly fine for 3 guys. Nice, casual layout with a nice dock and cleaning station. The house is well-stocked and I appreciated that. Easy, quick communication with the owner when needed and the price was right. Will return!
