The house was comfortable for our family of 4 adults and two pups. Our adult children worked daily during our stay at the roomy table. They enjoyed the beautiful view of the coastline. The kitchen was adequate for simple meals. Dillon beach is quiet and very dog friendly. We were all happy with the house and the location.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was an absolute amazing place to recharge and relax. The best views of the beach, fresh air and sounds of the ocean were awesome.

We paid over $5,000.00 to rent this property for 6 day sover Thanksgiving. Our family has been renting homes in Dillon Beach for over 20 years and this one was large and attractive. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was big enough for cooking the meal together.
Our concerns began the first night when we realized there were no cloth or paper napkins so we had to use paper towels. This was a surprise but not the only one. The flatware is cheap and fork tines are frequently bent. The plastic or melamine plates, cups and serving pieces are the only ones available so if you have concerns about ingesting microplastics, bring your own plates, glasses, and serving pieces.
The towels are of the quality of Costco cleaning rags, rough and small, so bring your own towels too.
The bed linens were fine but there is only 1 blanket per bed, under the coverlet or spread. We supplemented the blankets with throws from the living room.
We were disappointed that there were very few foodstuff supplies. One cup of olive oil was provided. We had to bring our own ground coffee, sugar, creamer and most of our spices. We also had to bring laundry detergent and cleaning rags from home.
We were disappointed to find the fireplace was not usable, as we had purchased firewood.
Not planning to return because our car was overloaded with everythig we had to bring just to be comfortable.
