• 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to downtown Long Beach
Pets:
• Sorry, no pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine per dog
Parking:
• There is only room for 2 cars: one COMPACT car in the garage and one in the driveway.
• • There is no street parking. Cars that block driveways or park on the street will be towed.
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
• 110v trickle charge outlet outside. No extension cord provided

• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.

Loved our stay here, clean and welcoming, looks like the photos. Well stocked kitchen with extra appliance closet and washer & dryer. The loft is perfect for a hang out area and extra sleeping plus another full bath.
Only slight negative was the "sharp" check out. I understood the check out time is 11:00, however, when the house keeper shows up in the cul-de-sac at 10:30 and basically waits for you to load your vehicle, it's a little annoying. Everything else was great. Great location.

We appreciated this stay at our favorite little Beach Town! The home was so cozy and has a very private serene atmosphere! We appreciated being able to hear the waves at night and adventure through the forest at day!
