The house was spacious and had many fun amenities, including proximity to the beach and to downtown.

While it was touted as "pet-friendly," in reality, there was a $200 additional fee for our dog (not a deposit against potential damages, a fee), so we expected that there would be no other "potty stains" on the carpet from others' previous pets, but the master bedroom had both a brown stain and a pee stain. These invited our dog to sniff and want to mark. While we successfully avoided this by cleaning the carpet ourselves, I was pretty irritated that my $200 was simply punitive. Pet-friendly, to me, indicates that animals are welcome and additional cleaning occurs, especially if there is a fee involved. There was also some lingering dirtiness in the kitchen and associated kitchen wares. The pillow cases smelled as though they had sat too long in the washing machine before being dried (mildewy smell), but there were other pillow cases available, and I washed the ones we had been given. Overall, the price was right (except for the pet fee), and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the pool table and the closeness to the center of town and to the beach. This will be a great family getaway in the future.

No instructions were left on how to use the gas fireplace. Ice trays were not clean. Looks like someone used them as chocolate molds

Someone needs to fix the games and the TV does not work there is mold growing in the upstairs bedroom window lost of broken things that the property owner needs to replace I probably won’t recommend people to stay there
