Summary:
Come relax in this newly built and brand new unit right on the water with spectacular lake views at the new Waitts Lake Resort! You can't get any closer to the water in this unique space that accommodates 6 guests as well as gives you access to the entire private resort and its facilities. This includes access to the private boat launch, beach, swimming area, community amphitheater rock fire pits, new rec room, and fishing docks! A fantastic location for both summer and winter activities!
The Space:
Sit back and enjoy the breathtaking lake views as if your are floating right over the water in this exceptional and modern space. Partake in the abundance of amenities this property offers from the fully stocked kitchen to the large private patio area that seats 6+. This unique space also features a 55" TV with DISH programming for those rainy days or cozy evenings indoors as well as memory foam mattresses to help get a comfy night's sleep. Fantastic for summers on the lake or ice fishing in the winter! Also very close to 49 Degrees north ski resort! Please keep in mind that this location does not include Wi-Fi and cell signals can be spotty. BOOK NOW!
Guest Access:
Parking is provided in front of each of the triplex units. Only 1 vehicle is permitted in the front of the triplex unit. You are able to park a second vehicle behind it but not in front of another triplex unit.
Prior to check in please send the license plate numbers of the vehicle(s) that will be there during your stay.
For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or payment app that starts with a V from the local resort host.
The Neighborhood:
This unit is part of the new Waitts Lake Resort. This unit will share all resort amenities at no additional cost. Quiet time for the resort is from 11pm to 8am so please be respectful to your neighbors.
Other Things to Note:
For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or Venmo from the local resort host.
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.
Interaction with Guests:
We do not live onsite, however, the resort is managed by a camp host that can address any immediate issues or concerns. Any additional assistance can be obtained by reaching out via phone or text message.

Our big family really lucked out when we were able to rent all three units in the tri-plex in order to be together for a celebration of my brothers life. It was absolutely perfect and Jerry and Natasha were so easy to communicate with and all went smoothly that we were able to really enjoy our time together. We look forward to staying there again! Thank you

We enjoyed wandering the beach and feeding the ducks even without being able to play in the water. The units were clean and well stocked with essentials and the views were lovely. We appreciate the quick responses to all inquiries.
