Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and inviting common areas. Separate access to the basement provides unique privacy options and accommodations for larger groups. Breathtaking views mixed with easy beach access creates endless outdoor opportunities. We look forward to hosting you!
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please message us prior to booking to get specifics on pet fee. Guests accept full responsibility for their pets and any damage caused by their pets. Guests are responsible for the immediate clean up of any deposits, feces, and excrement.
- Please remove shoes while in the home.
- Use of the fire pit is prohibited when there is a fire ban for the area.
- Swim and Use Equipment at Your Own Risk.
- Use of a life vest is required if using a kayak.
- A bike helmet is required when using a bike.
- No pets are allowed in the Kayaks or other beach equipment (beach tents, etc.) as paws can cause holes in the equipment.
- No candles allowed.
- No glitter
- No food allowed on beds.
- Place outdoor gear (kayaks, fishing poles, etc.) back in the locked shed when not in use to prevent theft.
The youth kayak weight limit is up to 130 lbs. If a guest deflates one or more kayaks to take to the beach, the kayaks must be fully inflated again before the guests check-out. Not inflating the kayaks will incur a $75 fee per kayak. Guest also agree to not inflate kayaks on sharp objects such as rocky surfaces and also agree to make sure rocks or pebbles do not go into the kayak.
The manufacturer of the bunkbed advises weight limit for the upper bunk is 300lbs & weight limit for the lower bunk is 450lbs.
You understand that swimming, hiking, biking, and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking, biking, and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking, biking, and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking, biking, and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking, biking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes, bikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, biking or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
