About this house rental
Walk into a beautiful custom built interior home tastefully decorated with high end furnishings that provide comfort and tranquility. Navigate your way into the colossal master bathroom and cherish the breath taking steam shower. Relax on the ergonomic chair while you marinade in the steam or take a therapeutic bath in the free standing insulated bathtub. Bring your RV/Camper or boat and park it in the designated custom RV parking location on the property (prior approval needed).
You will appreciate the breathing room this home has to offer. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms (3600 sq. ft) large loft, large en suite with its own bathroom and balcony. Enormous master bedroom and bathroom with its own master retreat. Outdoor furniture with fire pit, tropical and luscious palm trees, Highway 4, target, movie theater, Sand Creek shopping center, grocery stores, you name it and it’s walking distance away. Brentwood has some of the hardest water leaving hair and skin extremely dry, rest assured that this home is equipped with a water softener.

Oversized dining table with 8 seats, underneath table is a leaf that will allow you to extend the size.
Large Mud Room/Laundry with full size sink and built in seating and shoe storage, full size Maytag washer and dryer, laundry soap is provided.

Check-in information will be sent the night before check in. Check in time is 4pm.
Check out time is 10am. Please do not delay check out time, cleaning crew arrive at 10:15am. Any check out delays may result in a fee.
Do not place cookware, wood utensils, or knives in dishwasher.
Make up towels are provided. We use Luxury linens for all bedding. Makeup stains are permanent. Any stains from makeup and synthetic oils for hair will be deducted from deposit.

Once you step thru the front door you will be amazed at this beautiful and grand yet oh so warm and welcoming home! My family spent Thanksgiving here and it was awesome! The home makes you feel like you are on a luxury vacation! Everything you need rite at your fingertips. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Immaculate. The location can’t be beat. Superior communication with the owners.
I hope to stay here again!

We rented the property for our wedding weekend, in order to have all our bridal party and ourselves to stay together and have enough time to get ready. Everything was amazing and the check in process was super easy. Phenomenal house and there was enough room for everyone!
