The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is downstairs. To access the bedrooms downstairs you need to walk through the garage. Which is part of this listing.
We have a 3 car garage and plenty of driveway parking, please only park in front of our house.

-Kids must be watched at all times as we are by a creek.
- The property is located in a very safe area on a private lane, and for additional guest safety, the outside of the property is monitored by cameras. They are located by the front door and driveway

Our group of six stayed a total of three nights for an anniversary/birthday weekend (Napa). Communication with the owner was awesome, answered all questions before and during our stay. Upon arrival, there were welcome amenities all around the home; we truly felt welcome. The home was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. Check-out was very easy. Everyone loved the stay!

This beautiful and spacious home is very potentially a 5 star stay! The host is available and happy to answer questions etc. the rooms are large and comfortable. The main things I would mention are that though this is a beautiful home the carpet is in dire need of replacement due to large stains and discoloration everywhere with some odor. Also some wooden stairs in the backyard are very hazardous and in need of replacement. There were some issues with getting hot water in one of the showers however there are lots of showers so we managed just fine! Overall, we did enjoy our stay here and would still recommend it! It's a great place with plenty of seating and spacious bedrooms etc for family or friends with plenty of space inside as well as on the deck to gather and spend quality time together! With a few tweaks it will be a 5 star stay!
