About this apartment rental
This flat, entirely renovated in 2020/2021, with a somewhat Art Deco style, will be ideal for your stay as a solo, couple or family (maximum capacity 4 people).
With its modern decoration and fully equipped, it has all the necessary comforts: wifi, household linen provided, beds made on arrival, nice spaces for relaxation or work, baby equipment if necessary, etc.
Accommodation
Located on the ground floor of a 2-storey building, the 40 m² flat is composed as follows
- A bright and uncluttered living room with a lounge area equipped with a sofa (convertible), coffee table, TV and small desk, a dining area with a round table and a nice fully equipped tiled kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, etc).
- Large double bedroom (bed 140) with plenty of storage space and TV
- Functional shower room (Italian shower and washbasin)
- Separate suspended WC
For the little ones, a baby bed and a high chair are available in the flat.
Neighbourhood
In the heart of the city centre of Châteauroux, you are 2 minutes from the station and 1 minute from the shopping street. You don't need a car to fully enjoy the city, however, there are several car parks nearby if you need them.
Access to many shops as well, restaurants, bars, a very good pizzeria, cinema at 5 min walk, bakery, etc.
Activities
Visits to the Château Raoult
Belle Isle Park is a 5 minute walk away, with many sporting activities.
A large aquatic centre Balsaneo awaits you with its outdoor and indoor pools and spa.

Train station 5 minutes walk (400m)
Car parks within 500m (paid and free parking)

- Pets: accepted on request only, supplement of 5€/day. Cats or small dogs only, clean and used to being indoors
- End of stay cleaning is included and includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Nice apartment in a central location. Easy 5 minute walk from train station. Our host was responsive & helpful & agreed to an earlier check-in. Even for a short stay (2 nights), there was not much in the way of supplies: no laundry detergent, barely enough tea & coffee for 1 night. The upstairs neighbours were very noisy at times. There is no outlook or garden access, so were felt "enclosed" in the warm weather.
