Ground floor: living room/lounge area/fitted kitchen (TV, digital terrestrial television, fireplace with insert, washing machine and dishwasher) - shower room (large shower, sink).
Upstairs: toilet - 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed).
Electric heating (billed according to consumption).
Private carport and bicycle storage.

End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish) €35
Single bed sheets €10 each
Double bed sheets €12 each
